Orders placed for our 24K gold luxury gifts (iPhones, Watches, Roses, etc.) are subject to availability, pricing changes, and confirmation by Goldgenie®. Customised items may not be cancelled once the process begins.

All content, designs, images, trademarks and brand materials on this site are the property of Goldgenie® or its licensors. Use without permission is prohibited.

Returns, Warranty & Liability

Our Lifetime Warranty covers the gold finish customisation, unless specifically excluded. For full details refer to our Warranty Policy. Goldgenie® is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or purchase of products.
